BLUM'S AUTO REPAIR SVC

He is about a mile from me, which is super-nice because he is really good at what he does. He has taken care of my car for a number of years. When he found the loose bolt he did not try to tell me it was something more complicated than that and fixed it for next to nothing. In the past he has put on new brakes and it is a full-service company. He keeps my car in good repair and the thing I appreciate about him is that he has a fair price. It is not the cheapest price out there, but he also tells me I can wait to have some things done. He does not try to get money from me when it is not necessary. Also in the past he put air conditioning refrigerant in my air conditioner and recharged it. The maintenance tune up seemed a little expensive, but another time he did maintenance on my car and did not charge me. He is an honest guy, but sometimes he does not diagnose perfectly. I have found some things that need to be fixed that he has not repaired. He is not the cheapest.

Read engine service codes found two problems, one was secondary to the other. By fixing the idle speed control valve the second problem was resolved without additional work. I appreciate that the secondary problem was resolved without additional work and expense. I wouldn't have known the difference if unnecessary additional work were to have been done.
