From time of estimate to completion everything went well. Good communication, little debate/ discussion of price (very fair) and expert, timely install. Install start to finish was 6 hours with all the bells and whistles.

They were out in a very timely manner and did a good job of diagnosing the problem where a couple of other heating and air conditioning companies couldn't figure out what why the furnace was acting out.

AW Heating is a great company to deal with. Their pricing was over $1,000 below that of two other heating and air companies plus AW is a Lennox Premier dealer. To receive that designation the firm has to demonstrate a high level of skill and a dedication to customer service. Andy's crew showed up at the appointed time and were done in under four hours. They were very careful not to make my house into a construction zone. When the inspector from the City showed up to certify the work even he was impressed, and that made me feel really good. I have told Andy that I would gladly serve as a reference for him and his crew in the future. My installer was Caeser.

They are the best heating and air conditioning company in town. My experience with them was positive. They did the work for the price they said they would do it for and on the time schedule they said they would complete it. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

When we bought our house, one company we called (before AW) told us that there was a problem in the heat exchanger. Andy looked at it and told us it was working fine but that problems could develop based on its age (and they did eventually). He gave us several options and didn't recommend that we pick the most expensive. When he did replace it, his staff quickly removed the old furnace, installed the new, and cleaned up after themselves. We had one problem with the circuit board and he replaced that very quickly, under the 5 year warranty. We liked our experience with AW so well that when it came time to replace the duplex furnaces (which we had had him service for a couple of years), we chose Andy to do the work. Each time he and his staff have been straightforward, punctual, professional, and honest.
