I've left two messages and I never received a call back. They have not been responsive. Given their lack of response I will try someone else.

My overall experience with Ashes Away was excellent. I called and left a message and Greg called my back in a reasonable amount of time (same day) to set up an appointment. He called the day before to confirm the appointment, and showed up right on time. He did a thorough job cleaning out the chimney, and cleaned up after himself. He even took the time to give explain some details about my fireplace that I hadn't been aware of. Told me some best practices and even gave me information for firewood providers.
