The owner came as promised. He was knowledgable and suggested treatment and preventative maintenance. He explained the costs and the options and let me decide. He set up an appointment for one of his employees to spray inside once every other month. He said an employee would call to set up a time to spray outside. However, the employee called and said he would spray the next day and I was out of town. He did spray as stated on the phone.

They did a very thorough inspection around the house. They are very friendly and respectful of my home. They are very professional, they are available when we need them.
