First - I didn’t use Apple for a roof but wanted to drop a quick review! I work for a larger commercial roofing company and came into this office looking for a metal supplier to have some metal fabricated for a job we have in the area. The guy I spoke with inside was super friendly and provided a company with a contact card. I needed a new roof on my detached 3 stall garage. The old roof was raining shingle pieces and grit every time it rained, all over the driveway (the roof was about 20 years old) and some of the OSB was rotted from moisture intrusion. I called Apple roofing after hearing some good things from some friends that had them do some work. I also wanted some new gutters installed which required a bit of re-engineering to make the downspout go around a door instead of right in front of a walkway, which was a mess in the winter with all the ice. Tom Bogard came out and I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and honesty. Tom ensured that the work was being done to my satisfaction the whole time, not just at the end of the job and ensured that the re-engineered gutter downspout design was done the way I wanted and also provided extra material (OSB) that was found to be damaged after they removed the old shingles. He made sure it was done right! That was back in 2021 and the roof still looks immaculate. Additionally, I have had Tom take a look at another issue recently on my home roof (I have a rock ballast membrane roof so it isn't a typical residential roof) and he took time out of his day to stop by and take a look and gave me his honest opinion instead of trying to sell me some services I didn't need. I give Apple Roofing 5 starts and Tom six stars! Quanlity work, honest business, and at a competitive cost! Highly recommended for any roof replacement/repair/build job you may have!
