We chose a screen type gutter topper because of the type of trees we have around the house and the discussion we had. This is basically a one man operation (has access to additional help) and he has someone answer the business line for him so messages are returned at the end of the day, fully acceptable in my book. Once we settled one this service provider he kept us informed well, as he had some schedule changes due to weather. Had the gutters done in 2 days, due to a small mix-up on our part the gutter topper didn't arrive until the following week and he installed that in a matter of an afternoon.
