All Pro Heating and Air Conditioning

While we were hoping an inexpensive fix was all that was needed, our options were clearly presented to us and we are confident we made the right one. We are hiring them for the system's maintenance.

We were able to get an estimate within a couple of hours from the time that we called. The new central air system was installed and working the next day. The entire outside unit and the inside evaporator were both replaced. They left the interior HVAC system looking much better than they found it.

I have a 14 year old Lennox furnace and heat pump. Mark (Service guy) arrived on time and nicely introduced himself. He put on shoe covers and we then proceeded to the furnace room first. He found the capacitor was just running a bit outside normal mfg parameters and asked if this was something I would consider to replace or to leave and wait for it to go bad. I asked how much. He said $180. I authorized it because I don't like dealing emergencies that crop up unexpected and its always better think preventative. He checked some other things and said everything appeared okay. We went outside to the heat pump to check the Freon. Freon was very low which indicated a leak. That was the reason for the temperature in the house being so high. He stated there could be tiny leaks somewhere in the coil. He stated that leaks are hard to detect or find. I asked how much to replace the coil. He stated $1500. I said no. I asked if he could inject sealant into the coil. He said yes, for $180. I said no. The last option obviously is to get bid on a new unit. I asked him to provide two bids. One for an air conditioner and the other for a heat pump. He quoted the Comfortmaker brand for $4300 Air conditioner and $4800 for Heat Pump. He stated if you replace the heat pump and the furnace at the same time it would be $5900 total. I stated I'll go out and get 3 more bids and make a decision. Knowing that I authorized the replacement of the capacitor earlier on the furnace, I asked him if he could put the old one back on since I was going to make the decision to install a new unit. He put the old one on without batting an eye. That allowed me to avoid a $180 Charge for that which would be change out when new units are installed. I did authorize him to add Freon charge and bring it back up to the right pressure reading. That cost$ 325. However, that was necessary cost to get the house to a level of comfort for sleeping at night. I spent in total about 1.5hrs standing there watching him work and asking him many questions. All of which he answered with no problem. Mark (Service Tech) was very nice and I would definitely recommend their company. In my opinion, their pricing seems a bit high, but you’re asking for total service that includes certified technicians who provide costs before any work is done, he was very approachable, professional, easy to understand, talk to, and who will answer any question asked. Angies list got me a $20 discount. Does not seem like much but everything helps.

It was an expensive repair, but that wasn't All Pro's fault by any means. Constantine came and fixed our A/C, troubleshooting the problem and discovering the previous technician from a different company had done a half-way job. He stayed until 10pm and came back the next morning (a Saturday) to finish. He was great at communicating with me even though I live a few hours away and rent the house to tenants in Lincoln.

This is a rental townhouse I own and the A/C quit working.  A friend recommended All Pro and they came to the house the same day to assess what I needed to fix the problem.  Because the HVAC system was over 30 years old All Pro suggested that I replace the furnace and the A/C.  All Pro's owner Constantine gave me a variety of choices that could be utilized.  He was very open and honest about the pro's and con's of each system.  I asked him which system he would choose if it were his house.  His recommendation was by far not the most expensive.  The furnace and A/C were installed the next day.  The installers were polite and very neat and clean.  The crew was very professional.  I highly recommend them.

Allpro sent the unit to our house on the next day after we agreed on the service. Technician came at the same time. Very nice and kind man. He told me what he will be doing step by step in easy-to-understand language. After everything was done, he cleaned everything around and explain how should I maintain my A/C on the daily bases so it last longer. In a few days he follow up on the replacement and make sure it works correctly. I'm very satisfied with this company and I will defiantly recommend it to every one who need A/C work done in professional manner. This guys raised the bar for home service providers. They are the best in their industry.

I had a tech out at my house the day after I called (during peak season) and he completed the preventative maintenance and found that I had a few parts that needed replaced since my unit was almost ten years old. Once diagnosed, the parts were replaced quickly and professionally and I've enjoyed wonderful air conditioning throughout this miserably hot summer. I have no doubt my unit is functioning as good as it did when it was brand new, at minimal cost.

I originally met Constantine when we were finishing our basement four years ago. His company did all of my HVAC work. I have now had his company do preventative maintenance on my furnace and A/C the past few years and every time I call I get a nice personal response from Constantine. I've been amazed that he knows exactly who I am when I call and remembers my address and everything even though I've only spoken to him three or four times over the years. He's professional, courteous and very friendly. I definitely recommend his business and have referred friends/co-workers to him.
