"We are concerned about the review and want to respond, to the best of our recollection. The repairs in question happened about 4 years ago. All of the repairs were in response to the customers complaints or, if on inspection of the vehicle during a repair process, something of concern was found. The customer was given an estimate for the cost and approval was given, we don't do any repairs with out the customers approval. After reviewing the repair orders, they all had customer concerns listed, and once inspected, estimates were made, that are attached to the work orders. The motors mounts in question, were replaced, not at the same time, but one each on two different occasions. Unfortunately parts can go bad after be used for a few years. Again, we are concerned that this review was done 4 years after any of our repairs were done, and not brought to our attention sooner."
