We contacted them at a Lincoln home show...it took awhile for them to come out and give an estimate but once they did....I liked their pricing...it included a building permit, some electrical work that needed to be done and scheduling our natural gas provider to install a new meter to accommodate the pressure requirements of the new water heater, the installer was very polite and helpful, he worked through his noonhour so he could finish the job in a day and cleaned up after himself...the other bids I had required me to get permit, and electrician and schedule gas company....we were very pleased with Action as well as the new water heater!

Called Action and had a technician (Ken) at my house under 24 hours. He called when he was on the way right about the time estimated the day before. Conducted the repair in a timely manner and answered all my questions without hesitation! They've earned my repeat business.

Initially, went very well. I was redy to recommended highly to Angie's members. However, when work was concluded in June (after some delays in arriving on time), it was incomplete - did not thread pipe for faucet and left irremovable stains on bath itself (brand new bath). After repeated calls and emails, a person arrived to remove (or cover) the stains, made by the special glue they used. This seemed to have gone somewhat satisfactory, not counting the delay and repeated emails to have this person arrive. However, the visit to thread the pipe for the faucet took more than two months and many e-mails until he came in late August (and of course did not arrive for the first scheduled appointment in late August) and threded the pipe. We still don't know if the stains will reappear. We noted to him that we expect a signifcant cut in price for this aggrevation. We have not received the bill yet, originally estimated at $500. Should have paid a little more to get the work done properly is the impression we are left with.

Came out an d fixed the problem - figured out why it broke and took preventative steps and then fixed a few minor things while he was out at the home. - the repair has a slight problem so they came out right away and fixed it at no cost

The service tech, whose name I forget, was awesome! While he wasn't much of a talker, he asked questions that helped him diagnose the problem. He said it appeared that air was getting in the water lines somehow. He checked my water softener (which thought that I'd turned off YEARS ago) and said that was the problem. I hadn't turned it off correctly and he fixed it. He cleaned out the tub/shower faucet and shower head assemblies which has helped tremendously. The toilet was about 50 years old and while he could get replacement parts, he said I might be better off with a new, better quality toilet. He's coming back to my house tomorrow to replace the old stool with a new one I bought at Lowe's. Regarding the hot water heater, he checked it out and said if it was a constant drip I needed to be concerned. This was just condensation that happens sometimes with some water heaters.
I've used Action several times in the 20 years that I've lived at this house for either plumbing, air conditioning or furnace issues. They're always friendly, reliable, and trustworthy. I'll be moving to a new area of town soon, but I'm sure I'll use Action in the future. They're great!

They are very good. They installed my heat pump about 8 years ago and they have come out to check the thermostat. They are professional, they are prompt, and they're reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

They were competent. They knew what they were doing. I would rate them highly and will continue to use them in the future.

Overall, they did an awesome job.They were exceptional and I was very impressed with their work. I plan on using them again in the future.

I've used them for several years and they are excellent. He's very informative and I trust them. The young men who come are very friendly, professional and courteous.
