ABC ELECTRIC CO

We have used this company for all of our electric needs for the past several years.  This particular time I called one day, they came the next (on time, plus called ahead to make sure we were here).  Work was completed properly and professionally.

We shut off the main power to the house after our power surged and breaker panel was sizzling. We called ABC, and they had a technician nearby who was here in about 20 minutes. He got our power safe and serviceable for the night and we made arrangements for them to install a new panel the next day. It was something that was previously recommended to us by our home inspector, so we knew it was necessary. ABC did a great job, and the cost was fair. I also appreciate that they clearly labeled all the switches in the box.

I have used ABC electric before and they are always professional. They gave me my estimate and came to do the work soon after. They always show up on time and did the job quickly and cleaned up after. I have had great experiences with ABC

They were wonderful.  They came out twice. They were reliable. They were very trust worthy. Matt is the guy who came out and did the initial work on this house. I have always requested for him because I like him. It is a nice company and they have nice young people working for them. I have never had any trouble. When they fix something it stays fixed. There was one project down in the basement. He said that it is going to be way more expensive than it is going to be worth for what I want to do. He talked me out of it. He could have just done it and given me a bill. I will always use them whenever I can.

They billed us almost 30% more then they quoted and almost 60% more then what was originally expected after talking with LES. When we questioned the difference they were patronizing and told us, that is the cost of doing business "Hun". I actually do have a name and believe it or not, it’s not “Hun”. We also both work and scheduled a time for them to come out at 1pm. They actually arrived two hours early at 10am and called when they were at the house. Early is great if you were waiting for them, not so good if you are not expecting them and at work. It's extremely bad if they are now sitting at your house scratching their heads while on the clock and calling you to make a decision on the phone right now while you are in a meeting with customers.

ABC was great. I called around 9:00 a.m.; I told the service desk that it was not a priority or rush, as the weather was mild. He said they'd be able to take care of it that same morning, and the service man arrived at 11:00 a.m.
I asked the service desk what their markup was on products, to determine if I really needed to interrupt my work and go out to shop for a new thermostat. I got an honest answer, and the markup was quite reasonable. The service man responding was Five-Star Professional, Efficient, Helpful, Informative and just generally a really nice guy. He had the new unit installed and tested in less than 30 minutes. I haven't received a bill yet, but I have used ABC before and I know they are reasonable. I will continue to call ABC every time I have minor or any major electrical needs. These guys are the best.

We would use them again.

The whole experience was good.  The estimate was accurate, the tech came when he said he would, and completed the job in a reasonable time.
