Everyone at A-4 is friendly, professional, and what we especially like is that we are in and out without ever waiting very long. I have a very fearful dog (who was abused before being rescued), and the vets and vet techs treat her with care and concern. We have seen two of the three vets and like them both equally. In addition to timeliness, their costs are lower than the "fancier" vet we had been taking them to, and they do just as nice of a job, if not better, because they aren't so eager to prescribe drugs or tests that aren't really needed (something I prefer). We are very happy with A-4 and would recommend them to anyone.

They gave both of my cats their rabies and other vaccinations. It went very well and did not take long.

We have been using A-4 for over 20 years. Dr. Brad is the best. During a recent pet emergency, I was able to call him at home to get answers. The staff is always courteous and helpful and truly love animals.

As always, a pleasant experience. I have used this group of veterinarians for the last 20 years, and no longer live in the same neighborhood, but well worth my travel across town to continue with their office.

We have been searching for a vet that provides quality service at a more reasonable price, and this is the third we've tried since moving to Lincoln a year ago. I'm happy to say I think we've found our vet. The people were friendly, the service was fast, the vet was kind and knowledgeable, and my dog wasn't nervous at all. We didn't even have to wait; we got back to a room with a vet almost immediately (but my dog was given a treat for the minute or so we did wait). What I really liked was that services weren't pushed on me/us and costs were up front. This is in marked contrast to my experience at the other vets we've tried. The services were the same as the other vets but significantly cheaper. The only thing that was overpriced were their flea/tick and heartworm meds, but these weren't pushed on me, either (I had to ask if they sold them, and they immediately told me they did and how much they were). I did buy them there because I was totally out but plan to order them online in the future (which is what I've done before anyway). I'm very pleased with this vet!

It is always a good experience and has always gone well.
