Excellent service. Brian came over as soon as he could(he was at an out-of-town job site and waiting for the plumbing inspector), which was within a few hours and the installation of the new water heater(the old one rusted out and was leaking on our office floor) was fast and efficient. We had a new heater already on site-just needed it installed.

We have used A+ several times (5-6-7) over the last 4-5 years. The quality of the work is always fine. The problem comes with responsiveness. On several occasions, he simply did not return phone messages. I might call 2-3 times to finally get him. The final straw came in late July-early August. We had a conversation at the time of the July job about a solution for an ice maker problem. I asked, and he agreed, to come up with a potential solution, and I would follow up 2-3 weeks later (when we returned from vacation). Three phone calls I made and voice messages I left were never returned.

A friend recommended them to us. Overall the job went very well. My husband was very happy with what he did. We will use him in the future. So I think we will recommend him to others. He had to install the shower, the toilets and fix the pipes for it.
