Went great they kept me informed over the phone when it was need and they gave me a ride form the shop home and would have picked me up to take me back to pick up the car, but I had another way. The manager was so helpful in explaining what the whole thing was and the parts that I was told by other people were good and did not need replaced.

68The staff were very professional and had a well developed procedure. They did a free inspection of the van and determined that the water pump was the problem. They quoted us a reasonable price and gave us the option to wait for the work to be completed. We decided to returned to our house for the night. At 7 AM we picked up the van and continued our trip. We had no problems with the work done.
