I have used this plumber for many jobs in my home. The latest job was installing a new toilet. I noticed a wet spot in the ceiling of the garage and I called Charles (Ark Specialties) with my concern. Within 45 minutes, he was at my home and determined that the upstairs toilet was having issues. I found out that the individual that installed the existing toilet (10 inch) was installed over a (12 inch) rough opening. Also, a self-sealing wax ring was used, which was causing the leakage in the ceiling. I asked Charles about a high-rise toilet and he showed me with a tape measure how far the toilet would come out and how high it would be. Within an hour, a new high-rise toilet was installed. The bathroom was spotless after he was finished installing the toilet. He also checked the garage ceiling, after the toilet was installed, to make sure that the "issue" I was having was no longer causing problems. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing concerns or issues.
