They did very well. I had a dog so they had to do a lot more work in that room.
Except for not removing the visible stains in our carpet, the rest of the experience was good. They acted professionally, they were on time and they charged a fair price for the task.
But since I am able to do a better job than them using my own carpet cleaner. I would not use these people again.

"We are sorry you still feel this way. After your initial cleaning in November we tried very hard to come out and address any concerns you may have had. If you remember, we offered for the General Manager to come out and assess the situation in addition to a 30% refund. Our technician felt the carpet was beyond repair and needed replaced and gave his recommendation to you before starting the cleaning process. We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and this is well outside of that time. I have never been so disappointed in a carpet cleaning service. 1 hour for six rooms. One pass over on each area even high traffic.
The person who came to clean the carpet showed up promptly but had many up sales it was outrageous. If the room was clean of furniture it was more money. Pet treatment $50 a room. $100 to protect your carpet fibers? Once you say no to all of this the carpet cleaning is very quick.
The tech told me that my high traffic area would always look like it did (dirty) because we were "unwilling" to pay for the special services.
My husband cleaned the high traffic areas again this weekend with our at home cleaner and had six buckets of dirty water which came out of one area.
How does it look now that we did it ourselves - like brand new.
We did let the company know what we thought (they called back two days later and left a message) laughing as they left it saying they would come out again to clean it!
Why bother this was a big waste.
