The gentleman that came to my home was neat in appearance. I did not have to smell him while he was in my home. He walked through my home with me so I could show him what I wanted done. He than kindly went over the process and my options for cleaning, protecting, and all the services he was able to provide. He was not pushy and let me choose witch service I was comfortable with. The worker went over all prices before starting so I knew exactly what I was paying for before he got started. He brought in some orange items that I never saw before. I asked him about them, he said that they were to protect my corners of my walls in my home so he did not damage my home. He than started to vacuum, clean, protected, and even brushed out my carpet when he was done. He even cleaned up my entry way before he left so he did not leave anything on my floor. Once he was all done, he came back in and went over some final instructions. I paid him and he wished me a great day. My carpet is clean!!!!
