The team was exceptionally responsive, professional, and understanding. They took time to explain the process, and options for follow-up corrective actions. They offered suggestions, explained potential risks, but were careful not to push us to expensive fixes. Their friendly and caring approach was just the right touch in helping us get through our minor storm emergency.
Description of Work: Inspected home exterior for cause, removed damaged carpet and pad, set up blowers and dehumidifiers, performed follow-up testing for drywall damage and possible mold, removed dry wall as needed.
