Great. They came out right away, made repeat visits until we were dried out, and did a fantastic job. Very professional. Note: We had no smoke damage, but your options below only have "water and smoke" damage and no option for "water" damage. I was not able to write in my own option.

Maxim did a great job. They were kind, professional and punctual. They even came and checked on things over the weekend. The guys were great and explained in detail what was needed and what they were doing each day.

These guys were great! They were out within 1 1/2 hours of calling them on a Sunday tearing out wet carpet and installing drying equipment. They were out daily checking progress. The external contractors they worked with were fantastic as well. They were very compassionate and caring all while making things right at our home.

It was short notice and they got me right in the last minute. They could have just told me, "No, you can go with somebody else", but they were great. I've used them before. They fit me in.

Maxim responded quickly and did a nice job of cleaning out the basement initially. Unfortunately, 10 days after the initial sewer backup, ANOTHER backup occurred, which apparently was the fault of the plumbers not thoroughly cleaning everything out the first time. At the time, I asked one of the owners of Maxim what it was going to cost me for the second clean-up since I knew that my home owners insurance wasn't going to pay for a second clean-up. And to be honest, if it was going to cost me an arm and a leg, I would have made other arrangements for the little bit that was left. Now, mind you, with the second backup, all the carpet and dry wall had ALREADY been taken out so that the only clean-up was for a little sewer water on the concrete floor. This owner of Maxim said that the cost would be $500 to $1000. After having words with the plumber over his failure to adequately address the sewer backup with the initial repair, the plumber agreed to pay Maxim $1000 for the additional clean-up. THEN, after Maxim had told me that the second clean-up would not cost more than $1000, I received a bill for over $2100 that was ABOVE the $1000 that the plumber had paid! In other words, Maxim charged over $3100 for cleaning up a little sewer water from the concrete basement floor--and this was after telling me that it would not cost more than $1000. When I called Maxim about this bill, they said that I owed it, whether I liked it or not, and that the air dryers needed to be in there a lot longer, which was simply NOT TRUE since the workmen from Maxim told me at the time that they would not pick up the air dryers for several days because they were busy with some other project elsewhere! Eventually, Maxim reduced the charge by $600, but that was STILL $2500 for cleaning up a little sewer water from a concrete floor--and $1500 MORE than they had told me it would be! If I had known that these people were going to charge $300 per hour for the actual clean-up, I would definitely have found someone ELSE to deal with the second mess--either that or clean it myself!

They cleaned the ducts, but once we checked it out, it wasn't entirely clean. They just told us that sometime the brushes don't get everything. But the owner did come out and reduce the price we paid. So I would recommend them.

They are excellent in an emergency. Maxim acted very quickly. I have used them before and have received the same prompt response. I have not placed a price on this job as the insurance will be covering all but the deductible.

Maxim was referred to us from someone else and they lived up to their word. They checked out the situation and gave us an estimate and went to work. They cleaned up after themselves well and just did a magnificent job.

They set up a time to come out and they kept that schedule. They were dependable and friendly to deal with and just did great work. I was happy with the work and really appreciated what they did for me. I couldn't ask for anything better.

We had a bad experience with this company. They came in and gave us an estimate, which I agreed upon and they started throwing everything away. It took about eight months to get the job. It was hard to get a hold of them and we felt they just did a horrible job.
