Leafguard were very helpful answering my questions about installation, billing, and insurance concerns. Their crew were very efficient, did a fine job, and thorough cleanup. The new roof looks great. When the time comes for new gutters, I will be calling them.

The initial work went great. The work was well done and we were happy with the results. Very professional and looked great. Over the winter, I noticed icicles hanging between the gutters and the soffit, down the side of the house and through light fixtures. I took pictures. I contacted LeafGuard and spoke with a manager. Someone came out to look and discovered that the problem was with our steel roof and the way it was laid (roof was not installed by LeafGuard). The lack of proper drip edges and a small space between the roof and the flashing, allowed water to be forced under the roof, especially when ice was present. LeafGuard created a work around fix for the problem and although they couldn't 100% guarantee it would completely fix the problem, they were pretty confident that it would. If not, I can call them back. ALL THIS AT NO COST TO ME. Even though the problem wasn't their error, they went above and beyond to fix it for me. They were professional and courteous and made me feel like they 'had my back.' I am beyond satisfied with their customer service and would be confident to recommend them to anyone. Stuff happens, when a company stands behind their product, I stand behind them.

I was very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Beginning with the salesman, Brooks, there was no pressure to purchase the gutters. There had been a misunderstanding regarding our interest in purchasing a new roof and Brooks called the roof representative. Stephen was able to make it to our house while Brooks was still there and explain the available options. Again there was no pressure to purchase. After considering our options, we chose to go with Leaf Guard for both roof and gutters. We had to wait about two weeks before they were able to install the roof and six weeks to install the gutters. This is not a disparaging statement, rather a reality because of how busy they are. Once the process began, it went very quickly and smoothly. The roof was done in about a day and a half and the gutters took less than a day. I came home for lunch during the gutter installation and Brian caught me and took the time to explain what they were doing. While he was talking, I remembered something I wanted to add to the installation. Brian was not able to do it that day but he made sure it was completed. I have never had to replace a roof and/or gutters before so I was not sure what to expect. Everyone from the person who answered my initial phone call to the follow-up after completion were completely professional and efficient so even without any certain expectations, everyone performed in an outstanding manner. Yes, LeafGuard gutters are more expensive but the cost is worth it because I will never have to go on the roof to clean them out again. I would highly recommend LeafGuard of the Midlands to anyone who needs a new roof or gutters.

Very prompt and efficient service from the office, the site manager, and the crew. Results of both projects more than met our expectations. They are also coming back to re-cut the length of one odd pipe that is spilling into the retaining wall.
Only one small criticism. I wish the roofing crew would create and carry some type of collapsible frame for their tarps so that when they pitch the old shingles off the roof, the plants and bushes underneath would not sustain damage. Just the tarps alone does not work because the tarps crush to the ground with the refuse on them. We also picked up about 50 nails when the crew was done cleaning up. However, they, themselves had picked up thousands so we thought they did a good job of cleaning up every day that they were there. Would recommend leafguard for roofing and for guttering.

The service went fine. We have used the company in the past. A crew of about 3 came out and completed the job in a short amount of time. The guards are costly so I had different portions put up at different times. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was happy with their work and scheduling was not a problem. I plan on using them again in the future.

Job was done while I was out of town. Workmanship was excellent. They did a fantastic job. Grandson monitored the job when he came home as it took all day to do the job. He talked to them with some questions and called me. I relayed what to do. Workers were courteous. All materials and old gutters removed. Grounds were left in same condition as when they arrived. I Highly recommend them. Thanks to all.

Signed contract for agreed amount, then after job was completed and paid for informed me that they used the wrong measurements. I owed them $1843.00 more. On the signed contract there was a customer discount applied to the total for a special they were running but was not applied to the additional amount due. Since the invoice I received was for a flat amount for the materials and labor I requested a breakdown of the items used and cost to me. I received copies of invoices billed to Leafguard from their supplier with the dollar amounts blacked out. My wish was to receive an itemized listing of the products used to repair my roof for insurance purposes to show what was done and that I had properly repaired my roof. The actual work that was done was fast and professionally done but due to the miscalculation and problem getting the paperwork I wanted I don't know if I would use them again.

No issues scheduling the initial visit. Salesman Christian Morgan was very knowledgeable and courteous. Set me up on a "6 month same as cash" payment option. Installers arrived promptly. Friendly. Professional. Removed old gutters and hauled away. Installed new gutters. Great job cleaning up after.

I had gutters installed in spring of 2013. Have a problem area in the front and they have been out to fix and replace it a couple of times. Always promptly and always responsive to service calls. Had the roof replaced a couple of days ago, which we figure may have been a contributing factor to the problem area of the gutter since the previous roof was not installed properly. Everything looks good and I have received a lot of compliments. I look forward to a maintenance free life with both my gutters and roof! Cody Tjards was absolutely AWESOME and great to work with. Would highly recommend this company. Products are pricey, but worth it when you factor in the guaranty and warranty.

With the hail storms there was a back log of work, however they completed both jobs within a couple of months. Singles were installed in one day job with a crew of nine. The crew cleaned up the yard very well. Their Agent, Adam, returned all phone calls promptly and answered all question. There was a video show of the installation before I signed the contract. They helped me complete the insurance form for a reduction of insurance premiums on the Impact - Resistant Shingles. The gutter crew of two installed the gutters and down spouts in one day. They also did a nice job of clean up. No neither crew get 100% of the nails, but did get 99% - plus on them.
Both the singles and gutters were the most expensive of all the bids I received, however they are the Cadillacs of the industry.
