I paid for the service up front and two weeks later they deducted the full amount out of my account for a second time. I was pretty unhappy with that. Overall, they were attentive, clean and here on time. I may use them again in the future.

The customer service department and the service men that they send are very professional and supportive to all the questions we have had. They do the work in a neat fashion and right the first time out. We have always had clear clean water because of them and love the fact that they come out each year to check up on the system and replace the part they have to in order for it to continue working properly. I am not sure of what part they replaced but it has something to do with the reverse osmosis process.

Culligan was great when installing the softener so we decided to keep them for deliveries as well. They do a great job with everything. I do not believe we have ever complained about anything at all. We are very pleased and plan to continue our services with them for many years to come.

Everything turned out great with the installation and everything now works properly as it should. The water tends to be a lot different than it was before the installation. I was pleased at how professional the workers were upon showing how to use the softener.
