I have a steel trap skidloader garage. They put in a steel pipe at the entrance because I have a gravel driveway and that breaks the concrete often. They put in deeper, thicker footing. They put the cement blocks and floor in and it was above code, and I have gotten not one crack or chip in the concrete. They did over and above what I had asked. They designed it so that the water drains into the middle and out the door like I wanted it to. They go over and above. They explain before they do anything why it needs to be done. There was a lot of work done that was all included in their price.
