First appointment, no show. Here to assess/clean. *Air Exchange shut down 4+ weeks prior due to tenant symptoms (sewer odor) and pressured air flow resulting in ear blocking/pain. Also sewer odor concentrations in room closest to blower. No readings for gasses, odorless or non; no viewing of duct work, no viewing of coils. Done: opened closet door; removed filter cover/replaced; noted dust/carpet “mark” (infiltration) Stated “ductwork looks fine” “vent closet doors” “floor drain the problem (no, did not check/add water)” “must be sucking gasses” “[tenant] sensitive to odors” & left! Note: symptoms include headaches; nausea; loss of appetite; inability to stay awake/dizzy; weight loss; hearing loss (no infection); concentration different.

I was very satisfied with their service. They were able to come out soon and the gentlemen that showed up seem to know what they were doing and they were very pleasant individuals.

They canceled the first appointment and rescheduled. They came out on 2 different dates to clean at my request, upstairs one day and basement next day. The 2nd time I gave an actual list of things I wanted completed. I don't believe hardly anything on the listing was completed. Vacuuming was done only in the middle of the rooms, dust still under beds and along baseboards. I specifically asked for walls to be washed in certain rooms and this was not completed. The bathroom windows were specifically requested to be cleaned and weren't. I am 99.9% sure that even the shower was not touched. There were many, many things I can't even begin to list that were not completed. I was 100% dissatisfied. I called to complain and thought they understood. They discounted the rate by 50%. However, after I hung up, as the day progressed, I kept finding more and more things that were not completed or even touch. I have a hard time imagining what could possibly have taken 8 hours to complete. The house didn't even have that clean smell when I walked in. I could have done the poor job they did and I don't have time so that is why I hired it done. I was going to have someting come routinely but decided against that after this experience. The discounted bill took 2 months to get to me and then when it did, they sent another one out right away and said that it was severely past due. They were supposed to send out a coupon for cleaning of the furnace ducts and didn't do that. Overall, my experience was horrible and I will probably never trust having someone come in and clean my house again!!

I liked everything about them. Our daughter was allergic to the cat in our house and they removed the cat dander out of all the carpet in our home. The service was really quick and I was able to have my daughter in the house again.
