They're available in emergency service. They're responsive and it's good. Their price is reasonable.

We called Warren-T out for a plugged kitchen sink. We also asked them to look at a bathroom sink that we cannot get cleared, no matter what we try. The serviceman cleared the kitchen sink without a problem and checked out the bathroom sink. He was not able to get it cleared and had some ideas as to why. He suggested some further work which we decided to look into sometime in the future. We had to call him back out a week or so later to once again clear the kitchen drain. This is likely due to our old plumbing, not the serviceman's work, but it was frustrating to have two visits and two bills. He was very professional and worked quickly.
The issue we have is with the office help. We mailed in a check to pay for the first round of work and it was not cashed. We received very unprofessional and rude phone calls from the office and it took my husband calling and being impolite with the office manager for her to locate and apply the check to our account. The same thing happened with the second check we sent for the second round of work, even though we informed her it was on it's way.
All in all the work is fair quality, but if you are going to use them take a payment into the office and ensure they actually apply it to your account.
