They were on time. They called ahead of time, which was nice just to let me know they were coming. They did a good job.

The work was done quickly and well. The techs at the house were great; very courteous. There were a couple of minor issues with the install, but when I called they were out the next day and had everything done right.

Replace air conditioner filter which is in a very cramped attic space. Cleaning of outside air conditioner unit. Check of all water intake connections to make sure seals intact.

We had a flood in our bathroom from the 2 year young child putting too much toilet paper in the toilet. This overflowed on to the floor and through the ceiling and down to the dining room. I called S and B the next morning and they had someone in the area. The two gentleman came over and since they were not the plumber who did the remodel work, they did not feel comfortable breaking into my walls. They decided to have the plumber who did the remodel work come just to be safe. Thank God because no walls needed to be broken into because the plumber figured out that there was a pin size hole in the tile grout that was allowing the water to leak to the lower level. He proceeded to get some caulk and fix the issue. Besides fixing the issue he also caulked all the way around the bathroom baseboards and floor.
I am not sure whose job it was to do the caulking in the first place, the contractor as a finishing touch or the plumber before all woodwork was finished, but sure am glad that the plumber came back 2 years after the remodel and did it!
