Perry is very friendly, prompt, and has been doing this for years. He knows his stuff and his work is guaranteed. If he doesn't fix the issue he will return and do it again. I used him for a bat problem and later referred him to some folks for a bed bug issue. Would definitely use him again.

Inspector was more of a salesman, because he stated that some rotting steps that are 100 years old and sitting on bricks and dirt had signs of termites, and I said the steps had been in that condition for many years. Then he said it would cost $960 to treat. I said no thanks.
