My issue lies in Customer Service. I needed a key FAB programmed and cut for one of the vehicles (I already have the FAB). I asked the service manager if they would program my key as a courtesy since I had just spent nearly $3000 with the department. He informed me that there would be a $50 fee, since that is what he would have to pay his technician. One would think to maintain customer satisfaction, the service manager could find a way to offset this cost, especially when the price of a wheel hub is marked up nearly 5-10 times (not including labor). Next time I need to spend $3000 on my vehicles, I will definitely be looking for someone who values my business instead. UPDATE 6/13/19: I received a call from the service manager at Midway Dodge, etc. I was mistaken in that my original interaction was not with the Service Manager, but one of the Service Associates. The Service Manager apologized for the poor experience and offered to program my key. I appreciate that he reached out to ease my frustration and make the matter right in my eyes. Interactions like this will retain business and gain my trust.

My 2009 Jeep Compass was overheating with the temperature gauge warning light coming on and requiring me to stop driving to let the vehicle cool down. The shop was able to fix the problem and I have not had any high temp gauge readings since this was fixed.

We'd gone to another repair shop with our van when it kept dying. They finally ran out of options and said we should try the dealer. We took the van to the dealer, who at first didn't look at any of the repair information we'd left in the passenger seat; detailing what the other mechanic had already done. I was annoyed when they called and suggested the same procedures and told them to please look at the information we left about what had already been done. They called back the next day and said the van was fixed. We picked it up. It died as we left the parking lot - despite the fact that they told us and quot;we drove it to the archway and backand quot; (about 5 miles away). Later, we found out that they hadn't done any such thing. They put it on blocks and ran it for 20 minutes.
They DID finally figure out what was wrong - a chip was loose, so when we went over an uneven surface, connection was lost and the van died. This is why it would run fine on blocks, but wouldn't have made it to the arch and back. They couldn't replace the part with anything used, so we took it back to the other mechanic to have that work done.
While we appreciated that they did finally pinpoint the problem, I was mad that they claimed to have fixed it when they hadn't, and I was mad that they couldn't use used parts.

Since we bought our truck from there, we are able to get our truck washed every Saturday for free! I love their level of customer service! I am planning on buying all my future vehicles from them.

We traded a Monte Carlo for a Jeep Commander. The trade and dealer financing went well. We have no issues with this company.
