Midas Kearney

I've used Midas in the past but probably won't again. Their cost is just too exhorbitant. I went to Kearney Tire and Auto to have my suspension replaced instead.

It went very smoothly. They repaired my axle in the time frame they told me,and they were fair in pricing and very profesional. I take al my vehicles to them for routine repairs ad oil changes.

It was a long process to figure out what was going on, but I was very happy with how Midas handled it. They had to test a lot of things to determine what was going on, and didn't charge us labor for much of it because it took a long time. They never lied to us and told us it was fixed or tried to get us to replace needless parts. At one point, they told us there was nothing else they could test and said we needed to take it to the dealer, since they would have special computers to read the details on the error code (and shame on Dodge for having error codes that others can't read!) We did take it there and they eventually discovered that a chip was loose. They wouldn't replace it with a refurbished chip, so we took it back to Midas, who would. The van has run like a champ ever since.

Very satisfied with the result. Would have given A's across the board, but still unsure how everything will hold up. Had brake line kink/leak fixed two years ago here, but the fix must have only been temporary. Fixed again at very reasonable rate. Very polite with excellent communication. Discussed other problems with vehicle, but gave no pressure to having any additional work done. Highly recommend!
