"We are very disappointed in this review and we strive everyday to make all of our customers happy. We wish we had been given a chance to meet this persons issues head on, but we were not given that chance contrary to the review that was posted. As the owner I personally regret any bad feelings this person had and I assure to all my future customers that arrogance is not one of my qualities. Anyone that knows me knows that I am business minded, goal oriented and professional and I'm sorry if that came across as arrogant. Unfortunately my business does not allow me to meet with all of my customers all of the time which is why I have managers not unlike many other business's, but I can assure to any future customers that I will always strive to meet the needs of my customers. On a side note, I do want to take this opportunity to point out a few things. This review stated that the job was "slow" yet the job was completed April 4th. We live in Nebraska and I will say no more. Secondly, this review was posted in september and again the job was completed April 4th. We had no communication with this customer about any dissatisfaction prior to her post."
