We initially made a service call to Fiddelke. They responded quickly and the technician that came was knowledgeable ad friendly. He discovered that we needed a new coil and a new A/C unit would likely be necessary soon. The technician was an A+!
I called 4 times asking for a salesman to come out and provide an estimate for a new system. He arrived a week later and was quite rude. He wore dirty shoes in my house, answered a cell phone call while I was answering a question he'd asked, and criticized me for asking questions. I wouldn't allow him in my house again. Very unfortunate!
