Same day service - we live outside of town and our water pressure was so inconsistent that our automatic sprinklers quit working. I called the evening of the 19th to set up an appointment and they were able to come out 1st thing on the 20th (~9:00 am) - diagnosed the problem (well pump was failing) went and got the appropriate truck to remove the pump, removed it, verified that it was indeed the problem then drove ~100 miles round trip to get a replacement pump and had it installed and water flowing (like never before) again by 3:30pm.

City Plumbing saved us from another plumbing company here in Kearney whose work led to our basement becoming flooded because they didn't install a sewage pump when we added a bathroom downstairs.  The original company refused to come out and assist us and City Plumbing came right out, helped us deal with the problem and make arrangements to call a company to help clean up and dry out our finished basement.  They installed the sewage pump for us and the individual's who did the work were professional, courteous, and helpful.  The original company we had used had refused to pay for any of the damages caused by the flood and their negligence and did not even explain to us that we would need a sewage pump.Unfortunately, a few weeks later, our basement flooded again, much to our frustration!  The issue was actually the fact the original company who had installed our downstairs bathroom and plumbing didn't secure the pipes well enough, so that when the sewage pump was installed by City Plumbing, the buoy that signals for it to start became pinned by the pipe due to the movement generated when the pump valve would slam closed.  Even though this was actually due to shoddy installation of the whole plumbing set-up (even before City Plumbing became involved), City Plumbing payed for the clean up and drying out of our basement.  Then also then came and installed a water alarm for us so that the water alarm would alert us if there was ever another issue and only charged us for the parts (not labor).  Even though there was another flood, the fact that City Plumbing guaranteed their work and were quick to assist us, even though the second flood was really the result of the first company's negligence, was astounding.  You can imagine how frustrated we were when the first company flat out lied to us and did not back up their work and then City Plumbing came along and did a wonderful job and backed up their good work.  We will never use another plumber other than this one!
