I could not find a Chimeny sweep close to me. DandyDuct is 100+ miles away. Michael has no issues with making the trip and arrived approx. 1/2 hr early. He apologized for being early. He stated that missed judged how long the trip would be. Better early than late!
He inspected the chimney and got right to work.Very professional attitude.
He had state of the art equipment, completely self-contained.
Chimney cleaning is alsmost always messy but the way he did it, there was no soot or residue in our home.To be 100% sure he vaccumed the fireplace and around the fireplace. He then went outside where the creasote from the chimney was. He hosed the entire area to be sure that no soot would get tracked into the house.
Very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will be using his services to clean my ducts in the spring.
