Went well. Owner explained to me how to remove battery from vehicle then instructed me not to tighten the bolts to tight. He also told me if I had problems to call and he would stop later in day after he closed the shop and help me. Being the day was Saturday and he was only one working that day he couldn't come until after closing for the day.
Owner did check with me the next time I stopped to get fuel that everything must have gone ok.
The staff calls you by name now that I am more of a regular with oil changes ect.
