KARNES AUTO REPAIR

It went very well, these guys are as HONEST as it gets! Went to O'Reilly's not too long ago, and they performed their tests with their machines. Told me that my alternator was bad and I needed to purchase a new one immediately (I know nothing about cars btw).
Went to Karnes a few days later to get it checked out. I even told them that my alternator was bad (because I was told so), but they still performed a complete test. Got a very nice phone call the next day telling me that my alternator was in fact perfectly fine, and all that was wrong were loose cables.
They could've told me that I had a bad alternator and I wouldn't even know the difference. I usually don't trust mechanics or car repair places, but Karnes really opened my eyes that there are honest people out there still.

It always goes well.

I took my car in for a noise in the rear and a vibration. Todd and the guys inspected it and made a few recomendations along with price aptions. I autorized brake work the suspension work tires and the wiper repair. Todd told me it would be done by the end of the next day as the tires were not in stock. They called me around 2 o'clock and told me the car was ready i told them I had gotten called into work and they said they would lock the keys in it( I have a spare set) and I could pick it up after hours. The work was done right and they were the nicest I have ever met.

Excellent. Will definately go back!
