SNELL HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

Jerry came out on a balmy 95+ degree Saturday when the air conditioner stopped working. Everyone else we contacted couldn't get there until Wednesday or Thursday. He diagnosed the problem, gave us a great rate on the emergency service fee, and found/ordered the part. He came first thing Monday morning and completed the repair. Jerry and his staff even worked with our less than cooperative home warranty company to get cost reimbursed to us! He was careful to keep our carpet and home clean and cleaned up afterwards. Stellar customer service! Highly recommended, professional, locally owned company!

We had Jerry out earlier in the year to give us an estimate because our neighbors have used him for years. His prices were about $5,000 LESS than AKSARBEN heating and a/c!!! So when we decided to just wait until our unit died, we called him on a Sunday to see if he could come out the next day on Monday and he said and quot;Are you around this afternoon (on a Sunday)?and quot; We said and quot;yesand quot; and he came over and repaired our unit! We then told him we wanted to go ahead and order a new furnace and a/c from him - so he didn't charge us for his Sunday Service call OR for the parts he used to keep our old unit running!

When our new equipment arrived, Jerry and his partner came in the morning and worked until 7 pm on a Friday to get everything completed! They were both professional, each did their own thing and everything was removed and cleaned up like we didn't even know they had been there!

We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys!!!! Honest, reliable and competitive!

We have had several AC/Heating servicing companies over the years, and Jerry is the only one who has been this knowledgable and actually acts like he cares...maybe because owns the company, the difference truly shows. In addition, he is very personable, does a thorough job, and leaves the work area spotless. Making appointments is extremely pleasant as well, you feel like your issue is important and they go above and beyond to accommodate your scheduling needs. We will continue using Jerry for all our AC/Heating needs.

Jerry, came out on short notice checked heatpump

and made his assessment ordered parts and came out later to do the work. Did not even charge for the first time he came out, but we did buy the heatpump from Jerry and he installed it a couple of years ago.

Jerry the owner of Snell Heating and Air was very professional and readily answered any questions we had in addition to sharing other things to consider before buying a heat pump. He gave us a great quote on a Heat pump unit we had priced out somewhere else for a considerable amount more. From the time we eagerly called him to schedule the install to the time the job was done, barely 48 hours had passed. It did take a bit longer than anticipated due to us having them move the unit to a different location, but Jerry was very reasonable and happy to accommodate us even with the additional time and work required. Jerry and his crew stayed there until almost 7pm to ensure our new heat pump was up and running before they left. As a business owner myself I greatly appreciate Jerry's work ethic, honesty and timeliness which are hard to find these days.
