Overall sales process went well Ashley's assistance she helps us design a room that was within our budget and made the changes we requested along the way.  We were very impressed with the crew that completed the building.  They were pleasant, made some suggestions along the way and kept the yard as cleaned  up as possible.   Our only complaint was working with the production manager, we never felt like we got our questions answered about scheduling or status, just seemed like he told us was he thought we wanted to hear.   He was very patronizing to me on the phone but would respond better to my husband.

The work went very well beginning on July 9th with the knock down of the old deck. We had 2 very qualified construction workers on the job and they endured some very hot days (100 plus) especially on the roof. We were very pleased with the workmanship and how easy it was to work with Greg and Ryan. They were very receptive to our needs and did and excellent job on the room. We have had many compliments on the structure and are very happy with the final results.We can't say enough about Malibu and the people we came in contact with from Jack who work with us on the design, especially, the deck configuration; Bob Moon and Bob Grice who scheduled and followed through with the work, Greg and Ryan who did the on ground work and spent a lot of time at our place and Ashley who made sure we were kept up to date from a Customer Service standpoint. We would certainly recommend Malibu to anyone interested in having a Sunroom built.
