William "Bill" Stromenger was on time for our initial meeting and on time on installation day. Bill is not a fancy guy but he is a good guy. Straight shooter. My husband and I got bids from 4 different companies. We have been around the block a time or two and are sensitive to comments like "the seer rating is up to 17". "up to???" Right.
Bill hasn't been through any fancy training classes on how to sell. Bill asked the right questions and one the others didn't ... "how long do you plan on living in your home". Bill gave us prices on 3 different options.
Bill reminds me of one of those guys from the "greatest generation." Doesn't have a need to impress people. Works hard. Pays his taxes. Decent guy. He is President of his company and most employees are family members. He was careful on installation day to protect our carpets. Left the house like he found it, except a lot cooler!!!
If you like knowing who you are dealing with and want a sales person who doesn't promise what he can't deliver I'd give Bill a call.
p.s. I forgot to mention that Bill took the time to trim the landscaping around the a/c.
