BOGATZ HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

We have a service contract for the air conditioning and heat for maintenance and tuneup. I switched companies because I heard their advertisement. I tried them and they found a problem that my other HVAC company had not found. I first used them in 2012 but then they came back until 2014 and found a real problem with the furnace. They actually saved us about $5000 that day. We had a real problem with our furnace. They went the extra mile and found out we had a 10 year warranty on our furnace and called the manufacturer of the furnace and then told us who we needed to contact to get the warranty work done. Then came back out after that other company did the work to verify the warranty work was done correctly. And didn't charge us for the extra visit. I would highly recommend them.

Called after hours and they came out within an hour and had it fixed in less than an hour. Found the issue and checked out the unit. Only company that responded after hours.

Came home from vacation on a Sunday evening and the furnace wasn't working right. Called and left a message, and Monday afternoon a tech was out for repair. Less than $100 later our furnace was back up and running! We can always count on a Bogatz to be prompt and honest about the repairs needed to our unit. Highly recommended!

AC was no longer keeping house cool. They responded next day. Service tech (Jeff) was professional and very knowledgeable. He examined entire system, identified the problem, and fixed it. I didn't have to replace any major components. House was cool. Wife was happy!

We called Bogatz because they installed the furnace through our home builder. They were very nice on the phone and sent someone out that same day. They promptly fixed the problem. We will use them again.

We considered this as an emergency situation for our home and they responded accordingly with two very qualified men to correct the problem. It didn t take them very long considering that they had to remove our large, old heating pump in order to replace it with a new one. The clean up was good and the job they did was great.
