flooring contractor, remodeling
 + 0 moreIt went fine. They had a flooring company that I had not heard of, Baldwin flooring. They knew the owner well and got me a great price. They were able to save the trim and replaced once there subcontractor laid the floor. Overall great job and it was much less than I was expecting.
Description of Work: Replaced flooring in my second floor. Ripped out old carpet and replaced with luxury vinyl planks.

 + -1 moreWhen they were able to start the job everything went smoothly. They respected my families schedule and did not wake us up in the morning with loud equipment. The finished the job on time. They worked with me throughout the project so everything was how I wanted it and there were no surprises on the final bill.
Description of Work: Remodeled - Basement. Finished walls, worked with qualified and inexpensive sub contractors for electrical and plumbing hookup. Added bedroom with egr window, bathroom and entertainment room in my basement. They did a good job and worked well within my budget.

 + -1 moreStarted out ok, but quickly went south. They were not punctual and the quality of work was substandard. Financial ability was totally lacking. We did the majority of ordering and paying if we wanted to make sure we actually got the products and materials and knew they were paid in full. A few subcontractors were good, but some did make many mistakes and more damage to be repaired later. As far as I'm concerned, NO ONE should ever use these people. I wish we had been told before, but nothing bad showed up. Word of mouth later proved different.
