It went well. The estimate quoted over the phone was what they did. Their serviceman was very thorough and eliminated the problem. He explained everything very well.

It went very well. Johnny came out the same day I called about the mice. He set two traps one out side with bait and a snap trap in my down stairs bathroom. Hank came out about a week later to check on the bait trap and most of the bait was gone so he reloaded the bait. I was still hearing the mice and he said give it another week. I had some water damage to my first floor hard wood floors due to water and past presences of termites. Neither Hank or myself were able to see any present termites. Zak came out yesterday 07/10 and did the termite control around the house and garage. Because of the age of the house the concrete in the garage took longer than expected but Zak was able to make everything work out. He did a great job even though it was late afternoon and it was extremely hot. He was drenched in sweat and never complained. The mouse traps was $69.55 the termite control for both house and garage was $827.11.

He showed up on time. Explained what he was going to do. He was personable and professional but his work was very messy. It was a heavy spray service and the spray was all over the windows. We had to have our windows cleaned because when the spray dried, the windows were a cloudy mess. There has to be a better way to do this around Windows.

Sprayed kitchen and perimeter of home to help stop the ants from getting into the kitchen.

Great. Hank was able to spray all nests. I was a little worried about the height on the side and rear of the house might make them out of range. They had to problem reaching all nests. He even found two I hadn't noticed--One under a window and one in the gate fence. Treated them also. I'm considering a bi-monthly service after talking about it with them. This discussion was initiated by me -- no pressure.

Ryan has always come out on time if not before time. He is a great worker.

The service they provided was fine. However, I purchased this deal through Angie's list and paid already. They still continued to try to get additional payment from me. I spoke to them three times advising that the services were paid through Angie's List already, but they still sent me invoices and a final invoice stating they were going to send me to collections. Each time I talked to them, they acted like they understood and were going to take care of it, and no further payment was necessary, yet I keep getting bills. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I didn't owe them any further payments.
