It came at a very stressful time with our daughter-in-law due to deliver our 4th grand child within 2-3 weeks. Dinsdale's has always taken personal pride in customer service. It's the kind of friendly business where they know you on a first name basis and go 110% to make sure everything is right.

I went there as my car was still under warranty. The repair I was having done was not. After it took me almost a week to hear back from them they told me I needed to have my temperature gauge replaced as that was causing the issue. I inquired how much it would cost and they quoted me at $400. I gave my friend who is an auto mechanic a call and asked him how much that sort of process usually costs and he said with the part and labor around $150. Needless to say I asked for them to not work on my car and I took it elsewhere. When I came by to pick it up the gentleman who helped me was very rude. Cliff was his name. Will never be going here again and would gladly travel out of town to purchase a vehicle rather than using this place.
