Went in to look at a vehicle I saw on the internet, they talked with me and asked if I had any questions. I test drove it and told them I had some others cars to look at and they said ok,, please let us know if we can be of any help, gave me a card and went about their business. No pressure or anything. I ended up coming back after looking at the other cars and buying my Tahoe.

About four days before I took the car in for repairs, the electric seat adjustment quit working. The seat was as close as it could be. Being 6 foot 2 inches, my knees where up to my chin. A death in the family occurred in California and I had to leave the day the car was repaired. I took the car in at 9:00 AM without an appointment and explained that I needed to leave as soon as possible, and my budget would only allow $200 for the repair. They had my car done at 1:30 PM replaced the entire wiring harness to the seat, and the total bill was only $149. Additionally, they did preform an inspection of the car to ensure the would be no problems for the 3,200 mile round trip in winter weather. The car preformed flawlessly. My entire family was thankful.
