My mom's dog was so matted, they had to shave her but this was expected. Very cute neck bandana too!

they are very nice to the dogs and owners. owner Ashley is great. i know my 2 boys can be a hand full but they have no problem with them

Service was good, my dog looked pretty darn good. I was not to impressed with the response to phone calls, I called because I missed a second appt -- there was no answer so i left a message for them to call me and I would reschedule. I never received a call back. I guess they don't need the business that bad. Overall my experience there was good.

I made our appt for about a week out, thats the typical lead time for groomers in our area. I took the dogs in the morning and dropped them off, they were very nice young ladies that helped me. The place seemed converted from another shop but it works for dog grooming. I left and took my other dog that doesn't get groomed for a long walk. They called before lunch to inform me they were going to be done with the dogs in 15 minutes. I showed up and got the dogs, the cocker had purple bows in her ears and a purple scarf. The Cairne had a scarf also don't remember the color, but it was the best grooming experience we have had. Better than rainwater kennels.
