My message was promptly returned. The gal on the phone was distracted but they had someone to my house on the noted day and the floors were immaculate. My only complaint is that they hadn't let me know when they looked at the job, that I'd have to supply all the cleaning tools and solvants, but my annoyance with that has been abated by the excellent quality of the work.

I hired Mother Maids after interviewing several housekeeping services in Grand Island, NE. The owner came out personally to look at the house and bid the job. She provided me with a list of services they provide, a cost estimate, a checklist of items performed each visit, and other pertinent information needed to make my selection. I have the housekeeper come every two weeks and she does a great job while she's here. They are quick and efficient, and are open to suggestions or special requests. They can provide more frequent or less frequent services if requested. They are friendly and professional.They are trustworthy and bonded and insured. I have recommended them to several friends, and would unhesitatingly recommend them again.
