Prices kept changing. The scope of the work became confused. Part of the job was to be done by aerial truck and part without, but after agreeing to that and starting the job, they wanted to do all of it with the truck. When we refused to allow the truck on part of the yard they desired to renegotiate price. We we refused to pay more, they left part of the job undone, telling us to contact the utilities to do that portion. We paid them and sent them on their way.
The work itself was fine, they cleaned up after themselves well and worked fairly quickly.
They are unbanked and must be paid in cash or with a check drawn from a local bank where they can cash it immediately. Unfortunately they did not tell us that before commencement, so we had to run around moving funds as we had wanted to pay them with an account from a Bank with no branch here in town.
