Overall the service went well. The repairman came about 2 hours after the time range given by the person I talked with on the phone. He did a good job once here.

Called right after the Memorial Day weekend and they were super busy but the lady on the phone was very nice. They scheduled an appointment for two days later and were very apologetic and I was fine as I expected to have a wait. The tech showed up about 7:30 pm which was later then I expected. He was in a foul mood and didn't listen. The filter was dirty (had been replaced only 4 months earlier) so the tech checked some other things and kinda blew off my suggestion that I thought the thermostat was malfunctioning. The next morning the AC wasn't working again. The same technician was sent out again. They said he'd be there at 5pm but it was closer to 7pm. He was cranky again and said - and quot;yeah, I thought it might be the thermostat.and quot; like all of a sudden he was brilliant. He replaced the thermostat and the AC works. The office was pleasant throughout.
I would and will definitely use them again as they are far more competent and quicker to respond then anyone else in town.

Have used Jerry's several times in the past with great service. Jerry's always has a tech out the day you call them, even when it is the hottest and I'm guessing busiest day of the year. The tech has always been prompt and personable.

They were relatively fast. They did an okay work. They were not as personable. As far as the quality of the products they have is pretty good. I have actually met people that used to work with them and what they said about their experience with working for them was like personable, appreciated, and they are happy. They were not terrible but they were not that great either.

We had called several local companies to update the furnace and air conditionin in an older two story home. Some did not return calls and others were too busy to come and give an estimate in a timely manner. Jerry's responded quickly from the first phone call, to an in home estimate, and prompt office appointment to discuss options. We purchased a new furnace and central air system from them which they installed and had us up and running with heat the first day.Very pleased with the sales and service, The techniciams were very responsible and courteous. They listened to requests and cleaned up the work area. We would definitely do business with them again

Normally Jerry's just adds freon every year. This year they decided to put in a new unit, but I never got a reason why. When they put in the new unit and thermostat it has caused extreme humidity and moisture in my apartment. They changed the thermostat three times and turned down the flow of the air in hopes to fix the problem. They said that it would get rid of the extreme humidity, but it did not. They told the owner's of my home that they put in a new cooling unit, but they did not. Once they started the cooling unit the water was so extreme everything in my apartment was wet all the time. There was black spots in the kitchen, the living room, and the bedroom ceilings. I was sick and just felt like there is so much pressure in the apartment. When I called Jerry's they got upset and said it was working correctly. No one from the company other than the original gentleman has come out to look at it. I told the owner's of my apartment that there was no need for the last two thermostats; It's the new cooling unit that is causing the humidity. I had to buy a dehumidifier. I get three to fours gallons of water per 24 hours out of the dehumidifier. I'm constantly moving it back and forth because as soon as I shut it off it gets humid in the room that it was in. They lied to me and the owners of the complex and they will not fix the problem. They are exposing me to mold, possibly fungus, gram negative bacteria, and other options.
