Horrible. They told me how much their electricians charged by the hour and said that the job would take roughly 3 to 3.5 hours. When the electrician showed up there were two, one of them being rather young. I assumed that the younger one was an apprentice or assistant. First, it took them nearly six hours to complete the job, despite the fact that the outlet was installed outside of the wall and the ceiling of the basement is open with beams exposed. After they had completed the work and I received the bill I discovered that they had sent(supposedly) two licensed electricians and charged me the full price per hour for EACH one. Despite my protestations and attempts to pay what I felt was the lower, fairer price they threatened to turn me over to the bill collectors.
