Vacuum Cleaners
I needed a replacement hose for my specialty backpack style vacuum. The rep at Ace Hardware recommended Alan Witte so I took the old hose in to him. Everyone at the store was very friendly and Alan himself looked at the hose. He told me it would be a custom job that he could have done in 2 days. Two days later, I got the call from him that it was done. I went in, picked it up, and was charged $8 LESS than he quoted me! (he said it didn't take as long as he thought it would) The hose fit and worked perfectly and I'll definitely recommend this business and use them again. Thanks!
