Saturday, my basement was flooded again due to fittings being improperly secured. This was the second issue I've had with this particular tech, after he was doing some electrical work and knocked a shelf from the wall containing some antique items. That said, they are a good and reputable company, and did what they could to make it right in both situations, paying for my destroyed valuables. They've always treated me well in the past.

My daughter called Snell office the day prior to service to confirm the time for the next day. The serviceman was late by over 6 hours with no courtesy call. The office told us twice that day that he would be there within 1/2 hour. The kitchen plumbing still leaks, toilets are shimmeed, there was an outdoor faucet under trailer. The serviceman made rude comments. The company said commercial was their first concern to residential. Wish we would have known.
