It began seemingly well with the company showing up daily and working in what seemed to be a logical and professional manner. It quickly became a jumbled mess of what needed to be done by whom and blaming other parties for not getting their portion complete on time. Not only were we responsible for paying as we went along, but we reimbursed the company for their material expenses as well. We requested all along that a partial bill be done, as well as copies of their materials account, but were always rebuffed with an excuse that it was too difficult to do any of that until the job was done and not to worry that they were keeping a detailed list. The company brought in untrained apprentices and children (their own) to do some of the painting which had to be re-done about a year later due to a lack of primer coats. At the end we had already paid $9500 in labor on a job estimated at $6500 as well as $5000 in materials which we were notified by another client were being used on their project. In addition a final bill was never done, a very unprofessional "demand" bill was put together in an attempt to end our questions about the detailed one and they levied a lien of $3000 (we were not notified by the clerk of this lien) which had to be paid in order to close on the house. We had declined to pay only due to a lack of proof of charges and they in turn began giving our contact info to "friends" who called to harass us for more money until our numbers were changed. If you live in Scottsbluff/Gering, do not invest even a phone call in this company. We discovered the hard way that they are using old recommendation letters which they use to get jobs. Their reputation is one of being consistently unprofessional and having constant problematic behavior and many others have similar complaints of being defrauded by them after a job was completed.
