Randy introduced himself as a "can-do" individual. His bid to overhaul our house was consistent with other builders--so we felt confident in not selecting the "cheapest" option. Randy promised to post our house in Architectural Digest if we liked--he talked his previous project that was featured. Told us the time frame would be 3-5 months, and that he would have a "crew of 10 guys" there to work. Well, by 3 months, there were many vacations taken by Randy and his 2 son-in-laws (his crew), the site was "the dirtiest I have ever see"--per our architect; our historic baseboard (127 years old) was stolen from the garage which the crew left open; and yet we were in the midst of planning our move into the house with 2 toddlers. We moved in at month December--with limited plumbing and electrical. We were forced to move into a hotel--and then I took the kids to my parents house in Columbus. A total nightmare. Honestly. Too many repairs to their work to be done now--unbelieveable...
